The last few years have seen a lot of change for Barclays, and this has meant a need to communicate with staff more than ever before. With new ways of operating and an evolving brand, new imagery was required for internal use.


The brief was clear – capture the energy and spirit of Barclays through imagery alone, with a view to then building a library that was representative of the organisation.


TW were clear on the Barclays brand guidelines. Vibrancy, dynamism and people were key to this brief. We photographed employees from across the business as they went about their daily roles and we worked hard to ensure that we represented them in the most accurate way possible. We created a fully comprehensive suite of images that has added real value to their communications – they now have the freedom to express the right messages for the Barclays story.
