Now firmly established as one of the UK’s leading airports, second only to Heathrow for passenger traffic, London Gatwick is well positioned to become London’s airport of choice.

With a diverse range of audiences, including passengers, existing and prospective airlines, retailers, staff and third party suppliers there is a real need for agency partners to get under the skin of the Airport and understand each business area in detail. At TW we have been doing just that for over ten years, and as a team of self-confessed aircraft geeks, we love it.

Bringing value to communications

By working across the airport and delivering a variety of communications, we are able to bring big ideas to the table, have informed conversations with the Gatwick team, share knowledge and produce creative that is considered, aligned, consistent and on brand. Equally important is that we are able to create impact.

Supporting an airport over the years

Collaborations to date have included launching the environmental strategy and communicating the airport’s ten-year plan, crafting marketing materials for prospective airlines and hand foiled event giveaways. Add into that a number of internal comms briefs and the challenge of talking to over 20,000 subcontractors about the benefits of being a part of the ‘Gatwick Family’
